Since I haven’t officially commented yet, a big congratulations to New York! I am extremely happy for them, and hopefully the backlash and upset feeling some people have over it will fade quickly. The battle isn’t over by a long shot since this is only the sixth state to legalize same-sex marriage, but it is certainly a step in the right direction.
